Asunción, Agencia IP.- The President of the Republic, Santiago Peña, met yesterday with Albert II of Monaco, Sovereign Prince of Monaco. «This meeting will open new opportunities for the development and progress of our country,» affirmed the Paraguayan President.

During his visit to France, where he accompanied the Paraguayan delegation to participate in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the President met yesterday with the highest authority of the city-state.

«In this meeting, we discussed topics of common interest and strengthening ties between Paraguay and Monaco,» reported President Peña.

«We are confident that this meeting will open new opportunities for the development and progress of our country. We continue to build bridges for a better future for all Paraguayans,» the President added.

The President was accompanied to the meeting by the Foreign Affairs Minister, Rubén Ramírez, and other authorities who are part of his official delegation.
